Officially, we do not offer returns on non-gun products. However,  eBay’s Money Back Guarantee still protects buyers in certain situations, even if the seller’s listing states no returns. If a buyer claims the item is “wrong item” or “not as described,” eBay will require the seller to provide a return label and a full refund, even if the seller has a no return policy. However, for buyer’s remorse reasons (e.g., changed mind, doesn’t fit), the seller can refuse the return if they have a no return policy. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. In the event we have made an error and sent you the wrong item, we will process your return the same day we receive the item back. 

Within 72 hours of a new order, we ship we will ship your products via USPS Priority or USPS Ground. The tracking number of the shipment will be posted to the order details is found under the header “Purchases”.  Note that there are restrictions on some products, and our products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some products require shipment to be made with service ground. We will choose the most efficient, allowable shipment method available. Please message us if you require overnight or 2-day shipping.
